BluScientific Test Data is run by the partnership of Dr Chris Woodall
PhD, Lead Investigator/Lecturer in Virology in the School of Life
Sciences at GCU (UK) and Dr Martina Berger PhD, Faculty Researcher
at the UCI Medical Center (USA). Together we have extensive experience
in (molecular) virology, virus detection, disinfectant efficacy testing,
test development and quality control management. Bluscientific TD
is also supported by the expertise in bacteria and fungi of Dr Leo
Macham (Head of Microbiology, School of Life Sciences, GCU) and the
expertise in biofilms of Dr Gordon Ramage (Lead Investigator/lecturer
in Microbiology, School of Life Sciences, GCU). We also have the
excellent support of junior PhD scientists and experienced graduate
scientists in microbiology. Extensive modern laboratory facilities
include those for microbiology, cell culture, Category 2 containment
and molecular techniques (Real Time PCR, array technologies, genomics,
proteomics, recombinant antibodies). We have years of experience
in advanced microbiology education.
